Asian Seared Goose Breasts

Post  ssppnkfld on 2011-01-05, 21:10

Asian (Like I like my women) Seared Goose Breasts

Marinate Goose breasts for two days in following marinade recipe.

1 cup soy sauce
2 TBLS rice wine vinegar
2 TBLS olive oil
2 TBLS of Ginger
1 TBLS wasabi powder
2 TBLS honey
1 TBLS garlic powder.

Preheat grill on highest setting. Grill breast for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. 5 minutes for medium.

This is some of the best meat I have ever had. VERY TENDER!
