BBQ Goose Thighs

Boil thighs for 1 hours. Grill thighs on high and liberally cover with bbq sauce.

BBQ Sauce Recipe
1 Cup Ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 TBLS Sweet and sour sauce
1 TBLS Worsheshtershire sauce
1/4 Cup black coffee
1 TBLS mustard Powder
1/2 TBLS garlic powder
1/4 cup Brown sugar
2 TBLS Honey
1 TSP Salt and Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a Sauce pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool until time to sauce the bird.
