Goose Jerky Recipe Empty Goose Jerky Recipe

My slow hunting season has left me with about 10 goose breasts and a few ducks. During our hunt in Lancaster with Band Collectors we got to try some goose jerky that was just fantastic. I am on a mission to fire some up with the goose I have.

I bought a slicer and am ready to get to it, but I am looking for some help with recipes. Does anyone have a good recipe I should try?

I am planning to use the smoker to dry it and would love to have a few pounds to report back on how awesome it is!

This is a nice blog and recipe source for goose and duck jerky. Letting this blogger (who seems like a kindred spirit) know about the BDB site would be great as well!
