Ingredients:

1lb ground venison
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp worsestershire
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp melted bacon fat
chipolte mayo


Mix all of the ingredients except the mayo in a bowl and let stand for about a half hour. Make your patties and fry in a very hot non stick skillet with a few tablespoons of butter. I through n some onions to saute. Fry on both sides for about 4 minutes each. About two minutes before done top with your favorite cheese and cover. Serve on a bun with chipolte mayo or your favorite condiment.
