Ingredients:

1 lb. ground venison
1/2 onion diced
2 tlbs olive oil
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup cream or milk
2 tlbs sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp ceyenne pepper
pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
half box of pasta


Brown venison along with onion in pan in the olive oil. Add beef broth and seasonings and let reduce for five minutes. Add milk and sour cream and mix thoroughly. Add cheese and let simmer for five minutes. Add cooked pasta and serve.
